In Bulgaria’s Targovishte, 11th-grade students have established the “Resident Good” volunteer charity club, BTA reported. They are young people who are convinced that the physical distance caused by Covid-19 should not turn into social isolation.
The school volunteer club has already completed two missions. The students have donated products and drawing materials to children from the Center for Temporary Accommodation in Targovishte and sent letters of gratitude to the doctors from the local hospital and to teachers, on the occasion of the International Thank-You Day.
Other high-school students have also become members of the club and their desire is to "infect" the whole school community with goodness. They invite everyone who wants to bring smiles and happiness to others to join the club.
