Bulgaria’s outgoing Premier Boyko Borissov reproached this country’s President Rumen Radev for delaying the process of handing the second government-forming mandate to the second-largest parliamentary group of "There is Such a People" party headed by Slavi Trifonov.

Earlier today, Rumen Radev voiced hopes that the political forces in Bulgaria would form a government with broad parliamentary support and announced that he would soon come up with a decision to hand a second government-forming mandate. At a meeting in Bankya Boyko Borissov commented the topic in the presence of Sofia’s Mayor Yordanka Fandakova, GERB MPs and municipal councilors. It became clear that GERB would present new mayoral candidates before the next local elections.
