Bulgaria has invited international observers for July 11 parliamentary elections

In fulfillment of its international commitments and in accordance with the Electoral Code, the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has invited international observers for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for 11 July 2021. The observers will be from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

International observation will be an additional guarantee for fair elections, which is a top priority for the current caretaker government in Bulgaria, the note verbale reads.
