Once again, the Butterfly Festival has attracted fans of nature and environment-friendly lifestyle. It started on July 3 at the waterfall near the village of Polska Skakavitsa, Kyustendil municipality, with a workshop on making butterfly costumes, as well as entertaining games, archery competitions, tug of war and more.
An exhibition of photographs of butterflies that can be seen in the Zemen Gorge was also presented. On July 4, the festival, which reveals the beauty of nature in an unconventional way and breathes life into the local villages, continues in the area "Chardaka", near the Struma River and the village of Razhdavitsa.
