In an interview with BNR, Bulgarian caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev expressed hope that by the end of the next week the outline of the National Recovery Plan would be presented in Brussels, after which a public discussion would take place.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister for Management of European Funds, Atanas Pekanov, has told BNT that half of the projects under the plan were optimized during the last month. Every quarter a monitoring to check whether the set goals are met would take place. According to Pekanov, healthcare, education and energy are among the main priorities.
