The National Health Insurance Fund is to have an additional 105 million Leva by the end of the year, after parliament approved the update of its budget.

This sum includes the money for the medical staff administering vaccines against coronavirus, as well as the money for primary health care and for specialized outpatient care. The MPs voted that the budgetary indicators be redistributed according to the budget balance rule without any increase in health insurance contributions, which will continue at 8%.
