The Bulgarian authorities have taken no part whatsoever in drafting a non-paper on the resolution of the controversy between Sofia and Skopje, Foreign Ministry officials stated, as quoted by BGNES, regarding media publications in the Republic of North Macedonia, that an EU non-paper is currently being discussed regarding Bulgarian-Macedonian relations.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not officially been informed of any such document, nor has it participated in its drafting,” a Foreign Ministry announcement reads.

Immediately after the reports of a non-paper, a fresh portion of anti-Bulgarian articles came out in the Republic of North Macedonia, BGNES writes.
