Ombudsman finds discrepancies between agenda of MPs and that of citizens

In a letter to the MPs of the 47th National Assembly, the Ombudsman Diana Kovacheva highlighted the most important problems that citizens raise in their complaints.

The high prices of natural gas, electricity, heating, and water are alarming, she says.

Diana Kovacheva also calls for finding solutions to the deepening problems of the citizens with the companies for quick loans. In the letter, the ombudsman points out that the problems in healthcare, labor law, juvenile justice and domestic violence remain unresolved.
