MRF to propose constitutional amendments relating to the judicial system

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) is working on constitutional amendments, Deputy Chairman of the parliamentary group of MRF Yordan Tsonev announced during the presentation of the party's legislative program for the new plenary session. The amendments are aimed at reforming the judiciary system. "When we are ready with our project, we shall present it to the other parliamentary groups and everyone is free to sign it", MP Tsonev told the BNR.

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms will work towards improving the business environment. It is also preparing amendments to the anti-corruption legislation and the social sphere. Amendments to the Public Procurement Act and Public Finance Act are being developed to ensure transparency in government spending, Yordan Tsonev added.
