Skopje hosts the first meeting of Bulgaria-North Macedonia Working Group on Economy, Trade and Innovation

Skopje is to host today the first meeting of the Working Group on Economy, Trade and Innovation between Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Economy announced. The Bulgarian delegation is headed by the Minister of Innovation and Growth Daniel Lorer. Minister Lorer is to co-chair the meeting together with North Macedonia’s Minister of Finance Fatmir Besimi.

The participants are to discuss opportunities for expanding bilateral relations in trade and investment. Daniel Lorer will also visit a business forum with the participation of representatives of business organizations from Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
