Yesterday, Bulgaria launched a Unified Information Portal to help Refugees fleeing Ukraine. The portal is the first of its kind in the European Union, the press service of Bulgaria’s Council of Ministers notes.

Upon entering Bulgaria, Bulgarian citizens must present a Bulgarian identity document - identity card or passport.
