The co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov announced in an interview with BNR that there was no need for a coalition council of the ruling parties tomorrow. According to him, after the changed positions of "We continue the change" and "There is such a people" to send military aid to Ukraine, "Democratic Bulgaria" will take the opportunity to propose an item on the agenda of the first session of parliament next Wednesday (May 4) and will raise the issue of military support for voting in the National Assembly.

In front of supporters, former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that Bulgaria was exporting weapons to Ukraine, and since February exports had intensified and arms factories in Bulgaria were operating at full speed. "This is not a secret," Borissov said, noting that there was public information about bills of lading and destination.
In response, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Industry Kornelia Ninova refuted Borissov's claims, arguing that if Bulgaria did export arms to Ukraine, it would not be subject to such strong pressure from external factors.
