A Bulgarian delegation led by Premier Kiril Petkov is expected to visit Kyiv today. Fighting continue in Ukraine. Russian forces have been attempting to bypass Kharkiv and break through Ukrainian defensive positions near Izyum. Blasts were heard in Russia’s Belgorod near the border with Ukraine. An ammunition depot in the province was on fire. Explosions were also heard in the Russian city of Kursk.
