Nikola Minchev participates in events marking Bulgaria's April Uprising

President of the National Assembly Nikola Minchev will take part in the festive events marking the 146th anniversary of the April Uprising, the press center of the parliament has reported.

On May 1, the Speaker of  the Bulgarian Parliament will lay flowers at the grave of legendary Bulgarian revolutionary Todor Kableshkov in Koprivshtitsa and will then deliver a speech at the official ceremony in front of the Mausoleum Ossuary in the town. In the evening, the speaker of the National Assembly will take part in the ceremonial fireworks display on the occasion of the anniversary of the April Uprising in Panagyurishte.
