Bulgaria will not send weapons to Ukraine, Premier Kiril Petkov said with regard to the note from Ukrainian Ambassador Vitaly Moskalenko, requesting Bulgaria to provide Soviet weapons to this country. Premier Petkov reminded that this issue had already been discussed and the National Assembly had already adopted a decision. We have done enough to support Ukraine and we will continue to help this country, Premier Petkov noted.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu claims that Russian forces have seized the residential quarters of Severodonetsk and are fighting to take control of an industrial zone. “Ukraine has to achieve full control of our entire territory”, President Volodymyr Zelensky said and added that his country had lost too many people to simply cede any territory.
