Court of Justice of the European Union rejects Bulgaria's appeal against EU Mobility Package

The Court of Justice of the European Union has rejected Bulgaria's request to postpone the application of the most controversial provision of the EU Mobility Package I for the return of trucks to their place of registration.

At the same time, in the latest issue of the Bulgarien Aktuell newsletter of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry the German Economic Development Agency writes that global crises, broken supply chains and high fuel prices directly affect the transport and logistics industry and exacerbate problems. That is why companies try to diversify their supplies using logistics from Bulgaria.
