Policy stimulating innovations should be the leading one for every government, as innovations are the key to managing crises, President Rumen Radev said at the opening of the round table "Innovations - Opportunities for Bulgaria".
"Some would ask whether in a situation of a deep crisis, we should talk about innovation policy. I am sure that this is the right time.
