An exhibition presents the Bulgarian cultural heritage abroad

Scientists from the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore with an Ethnographic Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences have visited and studied dozens of places in Turkey, Greece, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Albania, Russia, Italy, Hungary and the Czech Republic, related to the Bulgarian national cultural heritage - military cemeteries and monuments, Bulgarian churches and monasteries, fortresses, monuments of famous Bulgarians. 

The results of this large-scale research are presented in the exhibition "Bulgarian Cultural Heritage Abroad: Places and Practices" at the Ethnographic Museum in the center of Sofia. 
The exhibition can be seen until September 8.
