14.2% COVID-19 positivity rate

There have been 257 new Covid infections in the country in the last 24 hours. Cases are down 306 from a day earlier. 61% of the newly infected have not been vaccinated. 14.2% of the 1807 tests performed were positive, coronavirus.bg portal data show.         
The number of registered actively ill patients rose by 239 to 11,306. Eighteen infected people were admitted to hospitals. 15 of them or 83% are not vaccinated. 34 patients are in intensive care.
Overnight, 1 person with established Covid who was not immunized died. 17 were cured. On Saturday, 68 vaccines were administered.
