According to the chairman of the parliamentary group of GERB, Desislava Atanasova, the high workload of the Committee on Legal Affairs would be overcome by the creation of an additional committee on constitutional issues, in which all possible changes to the constitution would be discussed, if the National Assembly decided to make them.
