At today's extraordinary general meeting of the company, the Varna Municipality's shares of 29% were added to Gergov's share, which is 50%, and thus the businessman, a former member of the Bulgarian Socialist Party, acquired a total of 79% of the shares.
The businessman has been trying to gain ownership the Plovdiv fair for many years.
