The two largest trade unions in Bulgaria, the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB) and the Confederation of Labor "Podkrepa" are to stage a protest today in front of the National Assembly building. They also insist that Bulgaria’s National Assembly ensures that the coal-fired power plants continue operating at least until 2038, in accordance with the decision adopted in 2020.
