The National Council of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) mandated the parliamentary group of BSP for Bulgaria to hold negotiations on the formation of a cabinet with all parties represented at Bulgaria’s National Assembly. This was announced by BSP leader Kornelia Ninova at a press conference. The socialists are to invite the leaders of the parliamentary parties to a meeting to discuss 5 topics. The leaders are to discuss whether there is a political will for forming a regular cabinet. They will also discuss what tasks should be assigned to that government, the timeframe, whether it will be a political, expert or mixed cabinet, and the decision-making format, said Kornelia Ninova and added that it will be decided whether there will be a joint meeting or bilateral meetings.
