King Charles III extended his congratulations to the Bulgarian people on March 3

President Rumen Radev received congratulatory addresses on the occasion of the celebration of the 145th anniversary of Bulgaria's liberation from heads of state and leaders from around the world. 
King Charles III also extended his congratulations to the Bulgarian people. "I look forward to continuing the friendship and strong partnership between our two countries as we meet the challenges of today," the address of the King of the United Kingdom reads, the presidential press service said.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis also wished peace and prosperity on behalf of himself and the Romanian people. "The friendship of our countries is based on mutual trust, good neighbourliness aimed at achieving peace, security and prosperity for our citizens," Iohannis said.Klaus Iohannis
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey published a congratulatory message on its official website: "We congratulate Bulgaria on the occasion of its National Day. We will always remember the support of the Bulgarian government and the Bulgarian people after the earthquake. Thank you!" 
President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a message of congratulations to President Rumen Radev of Bulgaria on the occasion of this country's National Day. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of OAE and Ruler of Dubai, also sent similar messages to President Radev and Bulgarian premier Galab Donev.

Among the leaders who congratulated Bulgaria was the President of Albania Bajram Begaj, who reminded that this year marks the 110th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Bulgaria.

In an address via Facebook, Russian Ambassador to Bulgaria Eleonora Mitrofanova congratulated the Bulgarians on their national holiday March 3.
