Russia launched waves of missile and drone attacks overnight, causing power outages across Ukraine. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Chernihiv, Dnipro, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Lutsk and Rivne were subjected to attacks. Buildings and infrastructure were hit in Kharkiv and Odessa.
