Four voting sections have been opened in the Bulgarian embassy in Berlin and the fifth is in the Bulgarian Cultural Institute, located next to the Bulgarian mission, Valentin Velichkov informed us from the German capital. As chairman of the Berlin-2 sectional commission, he reported about a problem with the machine in it, which made it necessary to switch to paper voting. So far nearly 400 people have exercised their right to vote.

"The problem was related to the fact that the ballot was not printing completely," he said and added that: "Everyone comes with the hope that we would not vote again soon. They hope that a change will occur that will lead to stability and a democratically-elected government."

The Bulgarian also expressed satisfaction with the fact that all members of the electoral commissions in Berlin arrived on time with minor delays.
