“After the latest election for parliament we are again living between two hypotheses: there will be a regular government - there will be no regular government,” Prime Minister in the caretaker cabinet Galab Donev stated. “After 8 months I can say that a country cannot be governed by signs, interpretations and conjectures, but by decisions, sometimes difficult, and by assuming responsibility for them,” Galab Donev said further.

The caretaker cabinet is drawing up a draft budget, and if a regular cabinet is not formed by the end of April, will submit it to parliament. The bills on which the reforms set down in the recovery and resilience plan depend, will also be submitted to the 49th National Assembly, the caretaker PM stated.
