Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev signed a decree releasing Nikolay Milkov from the positions of caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to France and Monaco and from the position of a Permanent Representative of Bulgaria to UNESCO.
