13 medals for the Bulgarian rhythmic gymnasts at the European Championships in Baku

Bulgaria added six more medals to the seven won at the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Baku

In the individual competition, European all-around champion Boryana Kaleyn won silver in the club final and bronze in the hoop. The third in the championship, Stiliana Nikolova, also won silver and bronze medals – she placed second in the ball and third in the ribbon routine.

The champion in the team competition, Eva Brezalieva, leaves the championship with a silver medal on her ribbon.

In the group finals, the Bulgarian group composed of Zhenina Trashlieva, Sofia Ivanova, Kamelia Petrova, Rachel Stoyanov and Radina Tomova won silver in the routine with five hoops, and with two balls and three ribbons they came fifth.

The result of the most successful European championship for the Bulgarian team for decades is a total of 13 medals.
