The Regional History Museum-Plovdiv embarks on a tour in Bulgaria with the exhibition “Preserved Memory of the Unification of 1885 in Bulgarian Museums, Archives, Libraries and Private Collections”. Yambol is the first stop of the exhibition dedicated to the Unification of Eastern Rumelia and the Principality of Bulgaria proclaimed on September 6, 1885.
The Regional History Museum-Plovdiv has prepared 20 panels with digital images of emblematic cultural values. The exhibition is part of a project funded by the National Culture Fund and is to visit 10 more Bulgarian towns. It gives the residents and guests of these places the opportunity to experience one of the most significant events in Bulgarian history.
