The UN World Tourism Organization will prepare a Culinary Tourism Guide especially for Bulgaria, Secretary General of UNWTO, Zurab Pololikashvili, said at a meeting with Bulgarian Minister of Tourism Zaritsa Dinkova in Madrid.
Pololikashvili thanked for the Bulgarian participation in the 8th World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism in San Sebastian, Spain. I have personal impressions of Bulgaria and I know that you can offer a lot in this sphere," Pololikashvili said. Culinary tourism has been growing fast in the world and the Bulgarian wine and cuisine are impressive, the Secretary General added.
