Bulgaria to build two motorways from Varna to Silistra and Durankulak

Bulgaria will start construction of two key motorways linking Varna to Durankulak in northeastern Bulgaria and Varna to Silistra on the Danube. This was announced in Varna by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Andrey Tsekov. A conceptual design with full engineering and geological studies is to be developed and the two roads will have two lanes in each direction. Both roads will have two lanes each. 

The projects will be financed by the Road Infrastructure Agency, BTA reported.
