“If they want 50/50 in the regulatory bodies, our next response will be that there should be 50/50 distribution in the ministries as well,” GERB leader Boyko Borissov said in answer to GERB’s “non-coalition” partner We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB) with regard to the memorandum of governance for the next 9 months, proposed by PP/DB. Boyko Borissov went on to criticize the government on another point – the country’s commitment to deliver military aid to Ukraine. “Let me give you an example – at this point, nothing from what the MPs, our supporters and our members, and for which we are getting attacked by our opponents for having given Ukraine weapons – but those weapons are still in Bulgaria,” he said.
