An important meeting of the Bulgarian ambassador in Abuja promoted cultural exchange between Bulgaria and Nigeria, CBAAC News Journal reports. It is about the participation of His Excellency Yanko Yordanov in a cultural discussion with the Director General of the Center for African Arts and Civilization (CBAAC), Aisha Adamu Augie.

The meeting aimed to strengthen cultural ties and explore potential areas of cooperation between Nigeria and Bulgaria especially in the field of art and culture. Both countries have expressed enthusiasm for future partnerships and initiatives, recognizing the importance of cultural diplomacy in promoting better understanding between peoples.

Aisha Augie emphasized the historical connection between the two countries and mentioned a curious fact - the National Theater in the former capital Lagos, designed and built by a Bulgarian company, strikingly resembles the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna.

According to her, the meeting marks a significant step towards deepening cultural relations between Nigeria and Bulgaria, in which CBAAC plays a key role in promoting African arts and culture globally. he in front of bTV.
