Following the checks conducted by the State Agency for National Security (SANS), in cooperation with the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Interior, and the National Customs Agency, it has been established incontrovertibly that no communication devices matching the description of those detonated on September 17, 2024, in Lebanon and Syria have been imported, exported, or manufactured in Bulgaria.

It has also been established that the Norta Global Ltd company or its owner have not conducted any transactions under Bulgaria's jurisdiction involving the purchase or sale of goods. The company has not been carrying out financial operations that fall under the Measures Against the Financing of Terrorism Act and has not been maintaining trade relationships with any natural and legal persons subject to the implementation of restrictive measures under sanction regimes of the UN Security Council and the EU Council, according to SANS.
