Bulgaria marks the Day of Organic Agriculture. In the EU, just 10.4% of production is organic, and in Bulgaria it is just 2-2.2%, Nadezhda Shopova from the Institute for Climate, Atmosphere and Water Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences told BNR.
In Sofia, a big celebration will be held with Bulgarian organic products, culinary demonstrations and entertainment for the whole family.
