Bulgaria in 8th position as best place to invest in real estate in Europe

Bulgaria is the 8th best place to invest in real estate in Europe, according to a survey by the British company 1st Move International.

According to the analysis,the annual gross rental yield in this country is 4.65%. At the same time, Bulgaria, alongside Romania has the lowest income tax in the whole of Europe - 10%.

Compared to 2015, the cost of renting in Bulgaria has gone up by 133%, with Croatia as the only country where this percentage is lower – 122%. This is another factor contributing to Bulgaria’s 8th position.
