A day before the boycott of supermarket chains due to high prices announced for February 13, the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association and the Association of Dairy Processors signaled that over the past year the mark-up on dairy products has reached 100% and more and "in many cases has nothing to do with real market conditions or operating costs".
