Dozens of people donate blood in Sofia for the victims of the Kočani tragedy

Dozens of people have responded to the call of the Pirogov Emergency Hospital in Sofia to donate blood in support of the victims of the fire in Kočani, North Macedonia. The campaign is organized by the Bulgarian Red Cross. It will continue until the end of the week, the organization announced. On March 18, 2025, Tuesday, blood donors are expected at the hospital between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Among the first to respond to the call for blood donations today were people from Sofia and students from North Macedonia.

Today, North Macedonian Health Minister Arben Taravari will visit patients hospitalised in Sofia, BGNES has reported.
