Parties whose chairmen or co-chairmen are accused of serious intentional crimes under the Criminal Code would not be able to use state subsidies and have state and municipal offices. This is proposed by the chairman of "DPS - New Beginning" Delyan Peevski with changes to the Political Parties Act.
