Bulgarian boxer Radoslav Rosenov brought the crowd to its feet with his second victory in the professional ring. The 7-time European champion and 4-time Strandzha Cup winner became one of the highlights of a gala evening organized by British boxing legend Amir Khan in Accra, the capital of Ghana. In front of around 10,000 spectators, Radoslav Rosenov defeated Richman Ashelley (Ghana), securing a decisive win after four dominant rounds, said the Bulgarian Boxing Federation.
The match was in the super lightweight category. Former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, who travelled to Accra especially for the gala, was also impressed by Radoslav Rosenov’s performance. AJ applauded the Bulgarian national, after which the two took a photo together.
Radoslav Rosenov recorded his first victory in professional boxing in December 2024 against Colombian Eber Tobar in Hamburg, Germany.
