Premier Boyko Borissov: I am worried that Bulgaria may be flooded with migrants

It is of great significance for Bulgaria to maintain good relations with Turkey. We must not allow the migrant wave to flood Bulgaria, Premier Boyko Borissov said in an interview for Nova TV. The documents of Turkey’s businessman Abdullah Buyuk who was detained and extradited to Turkey two days ago were expired and his extradition was legal, Premier Borissov further said. This was how Premier Borissov answered human rights organizations which attacked him on occasion of Buyuk’s extradition to Turkey. On Thursday Bulgaria’s Ombudsman Maya Manolova said that the immediate extradition of Abdullah Buyuk to Turkey contradicted the norms of the international law, the Bulgarian Constitution and the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act.
