Hotels and restaurants in Rousse have come up with a special Danube menu with the idea of attracting more tourists to the city.
The menu in question will tempt guests with fish from the river – carp, catfish, whitefish – cooked in different ways. The region is famed for its original fish soup recipe which is on the menu of most local restaurants.
