Mobile network operators: Consumer Protection Commission is not banning price indexation as such

After the Consumer Protection Commission banned two mobile network operators from raising monthly telecom services prices for two years at a time, one of the telecoms - A1 Bulgaria - declared that the Commission’s order did not ban indexation as such, it only banned the company’s price indexation plan in one step instead of two. 
The company points out that its right to price indexation is set down in its contractual relations, and adds that the ban was dictated by populism, not by the interest of the clients.
