The shared desire for goodness and empathy is the strong thread that has linked the Bulgarian people for centuries and continues to lead us along the path of hope, respect and tolerance. With these words, President Rumen Radev congratulated the Bulgarian Muslims on the holiday of Ramazan Bayram. The head of state wished the representatives of the Muslim faith health and prosperity.

GERB party leader Boyko Borisov wrote on Facebook: "Happy Ramazan Bayram to all Muslim friends! May it bring health, prosperity and love for you and your loved ones! Have strength for good and faith in its meaning".

The leader of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov also sent a greeting, estimating that the Muslim community in Bulgaria numbers about 600,000 people.
