A forum on the topic "EU MEETS THE BALKANS" will be opened today in Sofia by the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, MEP and co-chairman of the ALDE party, Ilhan Kyuchyuk, and the president of the Atlantic Club in Bulgaria, Solomon Passy.
