Weather forecast for June 24

Hot Monday with temperatures up to 37°C; short-term precipitation in some places

The night sky will be mostly clear with more clouds until midnight in the western areas of the country where rain showers are possible. On Monday, June 24, the weather will be mostly sunny. In the south-western regions of Bulgaria, cumulus clouds will develop and there will be short-term precipitation accompanied by thunder. Daytime temperatures will drop slightly and the highest will be between 32°C and 37°C, lower in the easternmost regions; in Sofia – around 32°C.

It will be sunny over the mountains before noon. In the afternoon, cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will develop over western Bulgaria, and by the evening there will be rainfalls accompanied by thunder in some places. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 26°C; at 2000 meters – around 19°C.

It will be sunny at the Black Sea coast. The highest temperatures will be between 24°C and 27°C. The temperature of the sea water is 24°-25°C.
