The second medical service helicopter purchased by Bulgaria has undergone flight tests in the presence of a Bulgarian commission visiting the base of the manufacturer Leonardo S.p.A. in Vergiate, Italy.

The team is to carry out the so-called technical admission of the helicopter and its medical equipment, after which it will fly to Bulgaria which, weather conditions permitting, should take place by the end of February. The first of a total of 6 helicopters, commissioned by Bulgaria, arrived in this country in February, 2024.
