When autumn comes, you can smell the aroma of roasting peppers in the streets of the small Bulgarian towns and villages. Then you know that the season of pickled vegetables is coming. You can learn more details about the subtleties of homemade pickled vegetables in Bulgaria and the most popular pickled vegetables recipes in Radio Bulgaria’s publication- Bulgarian cuisine: Its Pickling season.
