Court overturns seizures on property of gambling boss Vasil Bozhkov

The Sofia Administrative Court has lifted seizures on the New Games company, owned by gambling boss Vasil Bozhkov, who is hiding in Dubai.

Seizures had been imposed by the National Revenue Agency on bank accounts, deposits, belongings and money in vaults, as well as on 16 cars.

According to the court, they were imposed "mechanically and without any evidence," said our court reporter Silvia Velikova. The decisions are final.
